Human Resources at Esoterix is a service-oriented department involved in many areas of the day-to-day work life. Services are provided to the employees in the areas of employee recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training, staff development and affirmative action. Human Resources also administers a comprehensive benefit program for the employees of Esoterix.

A primary focus of Human Resources is assisting in providing a positive work environment. Much of the work of Human Resources involves recruitment and retention of the best employees, developing policies and procedures, information and training to provide a positive work environment. This helps department managers, provide fair, timely and consistent supervision, as well as a supportive workplace. The department also supports employees and their supervisors in and reconciling differences to promote effective working relationships.
