The major objectives of the program are to establish clear standards of compliance for all operations, coordinate a team of designated personnel to supervise and monitor the compliance activities of Esoterix, and provide procedures and practices for reporting and enforcement to deal with any potential violations of applicable law, regulations, or company policies or procedures.

We are committed to compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, CLIA, CAP, state agencies, and CMS. Please be advised that Esoterix encourages all personnel and clients to contact Esoterix's Chief Compliance Officer or an established hotline if they have any concerns regarding compliance issues and that all such inquiries or comments will be kept in the strictest confidence possible consistent with Esoterix's need to investigate all charges of wrongdoing.
