| Clinical Utility |
| Urinary TXB2 is of interest in monitoring the anticoagulant response of aspirin therapy. In those patients responsive to aspirin therapy and taking adequate doses, urinary 11-dehydro TXB2 levels should be reduced below a predetermined cut-off when compared to control values.
