Collection
Use EDTA (lavender-top tube) plasma only! Collect into iced plastic lavender top (EDTA) tube, noting time of collection. After venipuncture, immediately immerse the tubes in an ice bath. Separate plasma from cells by centrifugation. Separate plasma into a plastic transport tube and freeze immediately.
Storage Instructions
Store and ship frozen in plastic transport tube.
